1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this website is Balt Partners SIA, a Latvian company registered in Riga, Latvia. Questions: contact@baltadvisory.com.
2. What we collect
When you fill in the call request form, we receive your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, what you tell us about your business and the content of your message.
When you book a time slot, the scheduling tool sends us the date you picked and the contact details you entered.
If you accept it in the cookie banner, we also measure how you use the site: pages viewed, device type and where the visit came from, including the ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) present in the page address.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and arranging the call: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
- Handling your file if you become a client: performance of the contract (article 6(1)(b)).
- Measuring site traffic and the performance of our ads: your consent (article 6(1)(a)), given in the cookie banner.
- Keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).
4. How long we keep data
Contact requests are kept for 3 years after the last exchange. Contract data is kept for the legal period, up to 10 years for accounting records. Analytics data is anonymised after 26 months.
5. Cookies and Consent Mode v2
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, set without consent. All others need your agreement: audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies (Google Ads).
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you make a choice, the ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage signals stay set to "denied". No measurement or advertising cookie is set before you agree. Only anonymous signals with no identifier may be sent to Google for statistical modelling.
You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of every page.
If you arrive through a referral partner's link (ref parameter in the address), a bp_attr cookie keeps the origin of your visit for 90 days, so that partner can be paid if you become a client. It holds no advertising identifier.
6. Google Ads and your right to object
With your consent, Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers to show you ads related to our services (remarketing, similar audiences, enhanced conversions). This profiling leads to no automated decision with legal effect on you and involves no sensitive data.
You can object at any time (GDPR article 21): withdraw your consent through "Manage cookies", turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center, or write to us.
7. Service providers and transfers outside the EU
Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (decision 2021/914) and, where the provider is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A copy of these safeguards is available on request.

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@baltadvisory.com and we will answer within one month.
You can lodge a complaint with the Latvian data protection authority, the Datu valsts inspekcija (www.dvi.gov.lv), or with the authority of the country where you live.
